The Flying Fish restaurant is set to open late this summer on Disney's Boardwalk-- and will be serving up a whole new menu. Formerly known as the Flying Fish Cafe, the ostentatious eatery will drop the "cafe" but will keep the seaside boardwalk theme. Inside the restaurant, guests will be seated in a brand new dining room while being served food from a new, state of the art kitchen.
Here's a taste of some appetizers you may find on the new menu:
Seared yellow fin tuna served with compressed watermelon (with a hint of Tahitian lime oil and fresh limes)
Paper-thin avocado slices, crisp radishes, pickled daikon and a small edible viola flower on top
Fruits of the Sea appetizer features rock shrimp and clams from Florida, grouper cheek, mussels, a splash of Brandy and a rich lobster stock
If guests are in the mood to try some new drinks, they can head on next door to the all-new AbracadaBar. This new experiences combines magic with mixology-- and guests will be able to taste these new concoctions.
