Per Disney Parks, PizzeRizzo (the Studios' newest eatery) will open this fall. The is located in the newly named Muppet Courtyard and is replacing Pizza Planet, which closed its doors in December of 2015. Muppets very own Rizzo the Rat will own and operate this pizzeria-- as the franchise continues to grow despite their ABC show being cancelled. (Check out our latest rumor: Muppet Lab) This italian-themed quick service location will have both indoor and outdoor seating, allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of the courtyard. RUMOR: Disney Parks' initial tweet said PizzeRizzo will open in September and then took that post down, replacing it with "this fall."
