Director Alex Graves is on board for the reimagining of Mulan, Variety says. Sony and Disney are joining forces to bring the 1998 animated feature to life-- with a script already written by scribe Jason Keller.
Graves is most notably known for his work on shows like "The West Wing" and "House of Cards." He was also a key director for HBO's "Game of Thrones"-- which will surely have fans drooling for an action-packed warrior princess movie.
Mulan is one of the many live-action projects Disney is working on, adding to the collection of Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, The Jungle Book II & Aladdin.
No production date has been set, but the film is expected to hit theaters November 2, 2018.
