In an effort to cover all things cinema, it's looking like a name change could help with the makeover at Walt Disney World's third theme park.
With the park slowly transforming and adding major Star Wars & Toy Story expansions, a new vibe comes with the park. As these new projects are expected to continue to take guests "through the movies," the Studios is still searching for a new identity.
Right now-- it looks as if Disney's Hollywood Studios will become Disney's Hollywood Adventure. The name change would alter the perception of the park-- with guests actually "living the movie," rather than experiencing the production. This announcement could be made as early as November 19/20 at D23: Destination D Amazing Adventures, where Animal Kingdom's Avatar expansion will also be a hot topic.
