In the midst of developing Disney's next Broadway sensation, Frozen, the team lost Choreographer Peter Darling. Per Variety and Disney Theatrical Productions, Darling is leaving his role with this musical due to a prior commitment to work on another performance.
There are reporters that the play is now pursuing The King and I's choreographer, Christopher Gattelli to fill the hole. Gattelli has Disney ties for his work in helping put together Newsies, and coming out of the performance with a Tony Award.
Frozen is expected to hit Broadway in 2018.
