Per Disney Parks Blog, Disney parks on both coasts will celebrate "Speak Like A Whale Day" on June 11th. Six days before Pixar's Finding Dory hits theaters, guests will be able to participate in multiple offerings at Disneyland, Walt Disney World and aboard the Disney Cruise Line Ships. Destiny and Bailey are two new characters that will be introduced in the sequel, and they speak whale throughout the feature film. Bailey says he has If you remember correctly, Dory tried speaking whale herself in the original movie and now, guests are encouraged to do the same. Here at Walt Disney World, Disney Springs will be hosting "undersea" themed activities. There will be a live DJ, games and prize giveaways. There will also be a schooling session at "Whale Speak University," where children will try to learn and speak the language,
Guests at Disney Springs and EPCOT (Turtle Talk with Crush) will be able to receive a complimentary button for the days festivities. On the west coast, fans will be able to collect their merchandise and participate in special activities at the Downtown Disney shopping district.
