REVIEW: B.B. Wolf's Sausage Co.

With an official opening of May 15, B.B. Wolf's Sausage Co. has already starting serving up some mouthwatering offerings. For a limited time (11a.m.-2p.m.) on Thursday, the restaurant softly opened as a test run before their grand opening. Located between T-Rex and the bridge to Rainforest Cafe, this new pop-up shop serves items relative to the backstory of the restaurant-- The Three Little Pigs. I ordered the Bavarian Sausage Sandwich, which had a variety of different tastes punching the palate all at once. Served on a pretzel roll, the mini-Meterwurst is accompanied by braised red cabbage and spicy brown mustard smeared across the roll. The meal also comes with spicy pickled onions and pickles on the side to put on your sandwich-- adding a kick to the dish.

The menu's pricing is very affordable and the portions are relatively large. A great place to grab something quick. The only knock I have on this experience is the lack of seating. There are no tables or chair anywhere in the area.. just the brick ledge to sit on outside of T-Rex. I don't think any tables will be added in the future because this is a very high-traffic area, but, stand-up tables like the ones for EPCOT festivals would be nice to have.

Find out what else is opening soon at Disney Springs.
