Review: Hollywood Studios New Meet and Greets

Over the last week, Hollywood Studios has unveiled 3 brand new meet-and-greet opportunities in a 4D style. The new locations of Celebrity Spotlight and Red Carpet dreams have incorporated scent into these new unique settings.

Olaf can be found in celebrity spotlight, where he invites you to the beach and enjoy all things summer! Upon your first visit, you may think this brand new room smells like wet paint.. but it emulates the smell of sunblock. His location (not pictured) has an umbrella, some sand, sunglasses and a big 'ole bottle of sunscreen.

After you leave Celebrity Spotlight, you can then take a stroll down commissary lane to take pictures with the two most famous mice: Mickey and Minnie. The grand entrance to "Red Carpet Dreams" welcomes you with Mickey and Minnie in their finest movie posters. With a short indoor queue, you quickly turn the corner to meet the fashionista herself, who's showcasing a brand new wardrobe. This formal dress features a high-waisted belt, cuffed gloves, silver shoes and a cute little side-bow. With the skyline in the background, and accessories in the room.. you feel like you're in one of the top fashion closets in the world. Oh yeah, don't forget to take a whiff of that bubblegum perfume before exiting.

After leaving the lavish life of Minnie, you then walk down a hallway plastered by movie posters featuring some of Disney's finest. Up on the end of the descending walkway, you walk into the fairytale-esque castle straight out of a scene from The Sorcerer's Apprentice. Mickey will be there waiting for you as you delve into this majestic location. Props help enhance the ambiance and truly make you feel like you're in the movie. Illuminated windows, old literature written by Yensid and the detail of the fixtures on the walls. Mickey's old school location provides the scent of a Medieval aged castle. These unique meet and greets are upscale for sure. Despite being small, these photo-ops are must-do's whenever visiting Disney's Hollywood Studios.
