Things aren't looking too great for the long-haired super hero.
In the threequel's first trailer, you'll see Thor's hammer get busted and watch him get thrown into the gladiator ring against his longtime buddy The Hulk.
In the trailer you'll also see Loki and the Grandmaster (Jeff Goldblum)-- and there will surely be other Marvel appearances from heroes like Dr. Strange.
