Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party Brings New Offerings in 2016

7:54pm ET

Walt Disney World's seasonal hard-ticket events are known for having different offerings than what guests would be able to experience during daily ops. Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party typically offer special meet and greet opportunities as well as live entertainment on a year-to-year basis, but for 2016, Christmas is getting a few major changes.

Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration will debut at the first Christmas party on Nov. 7, replacing Celebrate the Season at Cinderella Castle. In this new show, Mickey and the gang will be inviting some old friends like Clarabelle, The Three Caballeros, the stars of Toy Story and more! Clarabelle, Horace, Three Caballeros and Pluto will be seen like never before, offering their voice and new life-like feature; Clarabelle even belts out a boisterous solo.

Another major change coming to Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is the addition of a Zootopia meet and greet. Officer Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde will be participating in their first public meet and greet on the east coast. The pair will meet in Tomorrowland.

Disney Princes are also special guests on these festive nights. This year, the princes will debut a new look and show off some new, regal threads. Prince Philip and The Prince will meet with Aurora and Snow White respectively.. and Prince Charming will meet with Cinderella in Princess Fairytale Hall. Unmeetable princes debuting their new looks are Prince Eric and Beast, who can be seen in Mickey's Once Upon A Christmastime Parade.

PS: Mickey and Minnie might also be looking "fresh" for this parade.
