Walt Disney World has been known to move some of their most beloved characters around quite a bit. As we head into the summer season, parks will be moving characters around-- bringing all new experiences to guests. On Wednesday, Hollywood Studios welcomed Olaf to the WDW family, but his implementation into the everyday routine is just the first of many changes.
Here's a layout for meet and greet modifications starting Sunday May 8: Hollywood Studios:
Mickey and Minnie abandon their locations (Stage 4/Stars of Disney Junio respectively) to debut in "Red Carpet Dreams" on Commissary Lane
Pluto leaves his spot at Center Stage to takeover Minnie's old location between Doc McStuffins and Sofia the First
Magic Kingdom:
Chip n' Dale will relocate from their Rivers of America Crossing (Frontierland) to Tomorrowland; will wear themed outfits
Woody and Jessie will leave their Splash Mountain location to take over Chip n' Dale's old spot
The Fairy Godmother will no longer be appearing in the park
EPCOT:
Pluto and Daisy Duck will be switching spots. Pluto will now meet at the gazebo when you first walk into World Showcase and Daisy will meet at the front of the park.
