Angela Bassett is on-board for one of Marvel's upcoming projects.
Bassett who currently stars in American Horror Story will take on the role of Ramonda, mother of T'Challa... or as we'll learn to know him as Black Panther. She also voiced Mildred in Walt Disney Animation Studios' Meet the Robinsons.
The Academy Award-nominated actress joins the likes of Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. Jordan, Forest Whitaker, Lupita Nyong'o, Danai Gurira, Daniel Kaluuya, Winston Duke and Florence Kasumba.
Black Panther hits theaters on February 16, 2018.
