During a peak time of the Rio Olympics, Disney strikes once again with a blockbuster trailer. Following up with their Moana TV spot, the Star Wars franchise dropped the first official trailer for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
In this 2 minute, dialogue-less trailer, you'll see the heroes beginning to come together as they all look to achieve the same goal: taking over the Death Star.
Rogue One takes place before Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope (1977), when the Death Star was being built. At that time, the almighty Darth Vader was the enforcer of the galaxy-- but in this new installment, we see the story from the eyes of the Rebellion.
At the end of the trailer, Vader makes a quick appearance.. just enough to make fanatics start drooling.
