Walt Disney Studios fills another vacancy in their highly anticipated Polynesian film, Moana, after Grammy winner Nicole Scherzinger signs on. Scherzinger became a household name when she stepped into center stage with the all-girl group "The Pussycat Dolls." Born in Hawaii, Scherzinger has been successful in both music and as a TV personality, but this is her first time lending her voice to an animated character. She will be voicing Sina, Moana's mother.
